Player Education and Resources
Welcome to the Shenandoah Surge player education and resource page. These resources are made available as part of our continuing commitment to educate and develop successful volleyball athletes and to assist them to become life-long students of the game.

Athletes are encouraged to utilize these resources to educate themselves on the subjects of training for and successfully competing in their chosen sport of volleyball. However, these resources are not the only ones out there and we encourage players and their parents to seek other resources as there are many paths to take to accomplish a goal. If you find an exceptional article or resource, please share it with us to post here.
