• Serving: float, topspin, and consistency under pressure

• Passing and Defense: platform control, footwork, and reading hitters

• Setting: hand shape, tempo, and decision-making

• Hitting and Blocking: approach mechanics, timing, and swing range

• Game IQ: rotations, court communication, and small-sided play
